I've tried to put in some '70 police-series feel into it, since the subject of the lyrics could have been derived from a '70-s police series episode plot. The vocals were deliberately mixed to background with a lot of reverb added to them because this is designed to be played REAL LOUD! (so you can actually hear what's being said, and be blasted away by the instrumental bits in the process!)
